Very clean rooms, spacious, comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean surroundings, conveniently located near restaurants, highways and grocery stores. Will definitely stay again.

I needed an extra night to stay in the Orlando area and was surprised to get a room for just under $100. The service provided by the Comfort Suites team here is welcoming and extremely tolerant of their customers, oh, and they give you a sweet cookie when you check in! The hotel was clean, everything worked well and they prohibit smoking which is a big plus... nobody likes a room filled with the stench of cigarettes! They also offer free breakfast, free parking and free WiFi. If you are looking for a quick 1 night stay on a budget, I highly recommend this hotel.

The beds could be a little more comfortable, but other than that everything was extremely clean and I would give the staff (from reception to housekeeping) 6 stars.

Nice, clean rooms. Good prices and service. The clerk at the reception was very kind. However, in our room (213) the toilet and the faucet in the bathtub were leaking. This causes a lot of water wastage, which is a shame, not to mention an increase in water bills, which means higher room rates for clients!

The rooms are very average. My first room had two large cockroaches. I was moved the next morning, no less. Parking and location are good and there is an ok free breakfast. I probably won't stay here again, and I'm in Orlando several times a year. Back to the Hilton for me.

Great location if you are in the UCF area or East Orlando. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pleasant breakfast and clean area. Plenty of parking space. Close to restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially Sandra at the reception who is always smiling. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area.

This is my second visit to this hotel. My first visit lasted over a week and my room smelled awful, like urine or maybe car coolant! I realized it was a fluke, so I gave it another chance because the hotel experience was otherwise great for the price. This time I rented two rooms. Both were different from the room I had previously stayed in. They both smelled awful of marijuana. Fortunately, this visit only lasted one night. I won't stay here anymore.

Clean, comfortable. A good shower. The staff made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. A convenient location at the east end of the 408 toll road makes all of Orlando easily accessible.

Excellent hospitality. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Hot and fresh breakfast.

I stayed there for 2 nights. It's a great place, nice clean and recently renovated. A great hot breakfast is just the icing on the cake.

Renovations have just been completed and the place looks fantastic! Great staff and great breakfast. Even the location is great if you're here for UCF events.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, but little choice. The only real problem is that our room happened to be at the very end of the corridor on the first floor, right across from the house, which was noisy in the morning. I suggest staying on a higher floor if possible.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was standard waffles and daily eggs/meat, which was more than enough for me. Minutes from UCF so great location. The only reason for 4 stars was the limited parking at the front and the rear seems a bit underpowered. I would absolutely book here again.

It was fine. Not bad, not great. Considering the price, it was good. My family stayed here and enjoyed the experience, but were nervous about staying downstairs as the sliding glass door didn't seem to lock properly.

Bring earplugs. The walls are thin, and the road noise is unreal. This must be on a popular drag racing road. In addition to hearing the rooms next to me, I heard loud exhausts every night. I thought my window was open. Even the AC unit is unreasonably loud. I never had silence here.

It's far from any attractions, so it's quiet, which is great for me. Nice clean hotel, and the staff? Wow, they were amazing!

Great stay! Our room was clean...and when we came back each night, our beds were made and everything was stocked.
The breakfast is excellent, something for everyone. I like the location and the silence of the whole building!
Overall, I enjoyed my stay without any complaints!

This hotel is close enough to the Disney parks if you don't mind the daily commute. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is one of the best in the hotel for this price. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

A fantastic hotel on Alafaya itself. Close to UCF. The hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and recently renovated! Highly recommended!

They are in reconstruction for a long time, which is getting tiring. Otherwise, it is clean, nicely located, and has friendly staff. It is very affordable and offers excellent rooms for the price. I stay there all the time.

This hotel is very nice!! My room was very comfortable... The bed was great.. I slept very well.. I would definitely stay again... I was impressed with the service and facilities.

I need a fan to sleep in, especially next to the highway with racing going on all night... guess what, the fan doesn't work. I was thinking of calling down and telling the front desk....the phone isn't working either...sigh....

Our stay here was more than pleasant, it was survival after evacuation. The hotel worked as if it had electricity and was a fortress against wind and rain. I knew it would be, I watched it being built as I drove there every day. The staff was very understanding, helpful and got everyone to solve their problem. Like a young mother with two children sitting in the breakfast room waiting so patiently for cancellation, and they were there for her and the children.
I want to stay here again just to get away from home - under better circumstances!

Manager and staff are well trained, excellent service. Clean room and decent free breakfast. Much better than many 3 star hotels. I always use here when we visit the UCF area.

Comfort Suite rooms are clean and spacious for comfort. The only complaint was that the price went up a lot in one month. Otherwise, everyone was very nice

The room was very nice. The continental breakfast was completely gone around 9:50 when it was supposed to end at 10.

Easy to find. Signing up was easy. Free WiFi. The room was pretty good, but not amazing. But for the price, it's exactly what I was looking for.

Extremely clean rooms and in a good area. Quick check-in and friendly receptionist. The only gripe was the shower head which had some clogged or malfunctioning nozzles that caused water to drip onto the faucet, which in turn would splash on the floor. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was a good size and included a sofa, coffee table, HDTV, desk, mini fridge and microwave.

Clean. The breakfast was really good. Friendly staff. The pool is a bit odd and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. But otherwise a very good experience! I would recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting UCF. We slept very well in comfortable beds, clean rooms, with excellent service from all the staff. I won't take a star off the inconsiderate guests 4 doors down who temporarily stink up the place with their weed smoking. I wish the front desk staff had done a little more with the situation, but she was young and a bit insecure. I should have called higher management so they could evict that guest immediately. Smoking of anything in the hotel is clearly prohibited. But all the staff were friendly. They have a great breakfast and are in a good location. It's easy enough to drive anywhere around Orlando for sightseeing and still stay in a nice area near the University.

The facility is an older Comfort Suites hotel, but the bed was comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, so you don't have to go far. Street noise came through the windows, but it wasn't terrible.

The beds are uncomfortable; the fitness center has 2 bicycles and no other cardio equipment. The staff is nice and accommodating. Still not bad for a 2 star hotel

My wife and I have stayed here many times over the years. Nice, clean hotel with decent facilities. The prices have gone up recently which makes it less attractive compared to others in the area, but it's still a decent place.

The room service was excellent and the rooms were also nicely decorated and tidy

Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable and we will maintain them. The breakfast items were fresh with a relatively good selection to choose from. Light traffic noise is more noticeable on weekends.

Cheap but great place to stay. I was able to book a room with a double bed for less than $100. It was a large room, clean, the bed was to die for, and the breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Great location, close to everything I needed. I would stay again.

The service was good, and the location and price were very favorable. The rooms were also well maintained. However, parking is difficult to find.

My family stayed here after spending the day at the Kennedy Space Center. We stayed one night. It was clean, well lit, safe and quiet. Breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy and check-out was faster. I didn't have any complaints or problems. I will recommend this place to everyone.

This hotel has beautiful rooms, very clean. The young lady at the reception was not friendly. Everyone else who worked there seems friendly. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The bed in the first room I stayed in was very comfortable, accept it because the bed is too short. I'm 6'2 1/2 so my legs were hanging off the bed. All in all, this is a great hotel and the price was pretty good too.

It was decent. Certainly not a bad place to spend a few days. The biggest complaint is the water pressure.

The person at the reception was very friendly, as were the rooms. The grill across the street is decent and if you don't feel like driving, it's your only choice for food.

I give them 5 stars because of the staff!!! MORE then they accommodated my family. We booked through Hotwire and when we arrived at the hotel on the 4th of July, around 2pm, Hotwire had not booked us and the hotel had not paid. Then, when we called to speak to them, their system "was down" and we were supposed to call back in an hour. Where were we supposed to go!! We didn't get them until after 10pm!! Thanks to front office manager Ivette, along with staff Marilyn and Paul, the whole family had a place to sleep even though they were full! These ladies worked together to meet us and ease our stress with Hotwire. They were truly angels to us and made our vacation worth more than words can say! People like them made our first stay at a Comfort Inn worthy of a 5 star rating! We will definitely be back. Thanks again ladies :)

Friendly reception. Nice, open layout of the rooms. The smell of mold was overwhelming. You could say the local college kids got their money's worth in this one. The door wouldn't close all the way, the safety lock was questionable. OK room...just not for the $. 1-time/stay only, spend your $120+ elsewhere.
